Important Information About Our Cuticle Balms

Our cuticle balms are made with natural, nourishing ingredients and may be sensitive to temperature changes during shipping. In warmer conditions, the balm may soften or melt. If the jar has been stored sideways or upside down, the product may re-harden on the lid or sides of the container as it cools.

This does not affect the quality or performance of the product. To restore the cuticle balm to the bottom of the jar

1. Warm the jar gently (for example, by placing it in a warm room).
2. Then move it back to a cooler environment.

The cuticle balm will naturally settle back into the jar base.
