RETURNS -

Inspect on Arrival (DOA) Period: 7 days
Please inspect your order within 7 days of receipt of delivery for any transit damage or faults with the product. All claims for faults on arrival must be made within 7 days.


Please pick carefully as we don’t offer refunds or exchanges based on ‘change of mind’

 

If a product is faulty or not as described- 

  • Items must be in an unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Items in the clearance section cannot be returned
  • The refunded amount excludes any shipping costs
  • Return must be done within 7 days of receiving item

If there is an error in your order or the goods you received are faulty or damaged on arrival please contact us.

All damages claims from postage must be made within 48 hours  of receiving your package. Please email us photos of damages to support@cutthecrapnailsupplies.com

$12 express Australian Post - Within Australia (shipping method only, this doesn’t prioritise your order)

Free shipping for orders over $200*

Delivery timeframes are an estimate only provided by our courier. We are unable to guarantee any times. Delivery locations in country or remote areas and orders containg dangerous goods sent via road courier may take up to 14 business days to be delivered.

Once your order has been placed, we may not be able to amend or cancel, please contact us asap if you require a change in your order or would like to cancel. In most cases orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days. Sales and busy times of year, please expect delays. Please allow 24 business hours for your tracking number to appear on the Australia Post website once you have received your number via email.

If a product is out of stock we will contact you. You will have the option of a full refund and cancellation, store credit or a partial refund with the rest of the order sent out. If we receive no response within a week we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Items that are returned to us due to an incorrect address or not being collected may incur an additional re-delivery fee.

All Shipments over $200 require a signature. No requests for these shipments to be left unattended will be accepted.

*Free  shipping for Orders over $200. Large / Heavy orders cannot be sent express. 

*AFTERPAY is available in Australia and NZ. Currency needs to be in Australian dollars for this option to be available

Orders can be picked up between 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday

 WARRANTY 

Out of warranty unit exchange will incur a fee of $150 for an approved claim within 18mths of purchase date.

Warranty for electrical is 6mths/12mths from purchase date. Please check product listing for more warranty period.
